1. Purpose

These legal terms govern access to and use of ERF - Enterprise Resources Forecast, a free application for tracking resource allocation and forecasting the capacity of each department and project over time (the "Application").

Browsing the Application grants you the status of user and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with them, we ask you not to use the Application.

3. Free use of the service

Use of the Application is free. No card details or payment method data are requested or stored in order to use the available features.

If paid features are added in the future, they will be announced clearly and will only be activated when the user expressly and voluntarily takes them up.

4. Conditions of use

By using the Application you accept the following conditions:

• The account is personal and non-transferable, and users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.
• Users undertake to enter accurate information and to register only resources, projects and allocations they are authorised to manage.
• The Application must not be used for unlawful purposes, to damage the service or to attempt to access other accounts' data.
• Users are solely responsible for the information they register (allocations, headcounts, dates and costs) and for the decisions they take on the basis of it.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The ERF name, its logo, the interface design and the Application's code are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Use of the Application does not transfer any right of exploitation over them.

The data and records that users enter in the Application remain their property.

6. Disclaimer

Calculations, capacity alerts and forecasts are informational and are built from the data the user enters.

The Application does not provide business, financial, tax or legal advice, nor does it replace the criteria of the professionals responsible for planning each team.

Uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed, although reasonable measures are taken to keep it running and to preserve the information.

We recommend keeping the original records that support the allocations and costs you register.

7. Links to third parties

The Application may include links to third-party websites. We do not control their content or their policies and therefore accept no responsibility for them.

8. Data protection

The processing of the personal data collected through the Application is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this legal notice.

9. Changes

We may update this legal notice to reflect changes in the Application or in the applicable regulations. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.

10. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that correspond under the applicable consumer regulations.
