Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the personal data processed through ERF - Enterprise Resources Forecast is the owner identified in the Legal notice: Ismael Chuillaj Jodra, Tax ID (NIF / CIF) 17753755D, Madrid, contact email erforecast@hotmail.com.

2. Data we process

We only process the data needed to provide the service:

• Account data: the name and email address used to create the account, together with the plan selected.
• Content you register: allocations and their details (department, source / company, assigned project, country, number of resources and start and end dates).
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the access logs generated by the service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To create and manage your account and give you access to the Application: performance of the contract.
• To generate your capacity forecasts, reports and history: performance of the contract.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and resolve faults: legitimate interest in protecting the Application.
• To send you service communications about changes or incidents: legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent.
• Statistical and analytical use: with your express consent, the data you enter in your allocations and records, together with the usage metrics derived from the Application, may be processed and analysed by the owner in an aggregated and fully anonymised form in order to produce statistical reports, performance studies and project maturity analyses.

Consent is the legal basis for this last purpose. The analysis is carried out on aggregated, anonymised information, so neither you nor your organisation can be identified. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to erforecast@hotmail.com, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

4. How long we keep the data

Data is kept for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your records are erased within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires them to be kept for longer.

5. Recipients

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. We use only technology providers that host the Application and its database, which process the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. If a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to erforecast@hotmail.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information: encrypted connections, access control by account and regular backups. No system is completely infallible, so we recommend using a strong password and never sharing your credentials.

8. Minors

The Application is aimed at professionals and companies. It is not intended for people under 14 years of age and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in the applicable regulations. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
